Curious…I’ve been drinking approx 40 – 60oz’s of the citrus mixed equally with orange soda (to make tangerine) zipfizz on a daily basis for approx the past 3 months and I’ve noticed that I have jaw pain (like I’ve been clenching my teeth all day long), bleeding and receding gums. I have had an issue of receding gums in the past couple of years, but not as much as within the past couple of months. The only thing I can equate it to is the zipfizz since that’s the only thing that I’ve changed or added to my diet or routine.

Is anyone else experiencing anything like this????

Can anyone tell me from the ingredients whether overuse of this may be damaging to my teeth and gums?

I’ve never been a soda/pop drinker and don’t partake in carbonated beverages since they are destructive to your teeth, as we all know.

    Thx in advance!

Curious…I’ve been drinking approx 40 – 80oz’s (2 – 4 vials) of the citrus and orange soda flavored zipfizz mixed equally(to make tangerine) zipfizz on a daily basis for approx the past 3 months and I’ve noticed that I have jaw pain (like I’ve been clenching my teeth all day long), bleeding and progressively worsened receding gums. I have had an issue of receding gums in the past couple of years, but not nearly as much as within the most recent couple of months. The only thing I can equate this to is the zipfizz, since that’s the only thing that I’ve changed or added to my diet or routine.

I would also like an answer. I have been having a lot of jaw pain but never associated it with the drink I thought it was my TMJ acting up. However, the more I drink the more I have been suffering.

Please let us know if this is a side effect.

I have never heard of that Vicki, but like any product out there. There is always the possibility that something in Zipfizz is causing you jaw pain. Not really sure what else I can say about it. Sorry about that Vicki

    GREAT ENERGY.
HOWEVER,, THE EXTRA VITAMIN C ( ABSORBIC ACID )
    GIVES ME ZITS. ( AGE 59 )

    TOO MUCH ACIDITY I GUESS.

  5. John says:

41,667% RDA for Vitamin B12 cannot be healthy for your liver to metabolize. In spite of the fact that B vitamins are water soluble and cannot build to toxic levels in the system as a result, at dosages this high, Vitamin B-12 is being used as a drug. This should not be permitted (in my humble opinion) by the FDA, as it can be dangerous! This sole purpose is to “stimulate” you. Ask yourself if this stimulation is worth mortgaging your liver.
