I was really surprised at how GOOD it tasted. And, the build up of the energy was so leveled that I felt like I had my own natural energy pushing me through the day. With the 5-Hr drinks, I feel the adrenaline boost within a minute and then I'm off and running usually chattering like a chipmunk and shaking like a leaf (if I haven't ea...ten). I was able to do so much and never felt tired once. With the other drinks I am always able to tell when the exact moment is that the energy has worn off or when I'm about to run out of puff. I couldn't tell you when Crave was no longer working because there was no burn-out and I never felt that extreme exhaustion I feel with the other drinks wearing off.
